 Luis & Kathy, founders of Precious Pupz, opened their doors for business in East Haven CT , June of 2007, thus fulfilling there lifelong dream of owning their own pet stop. Luis and Kathy are a close nit couple, with there sons, and family always in the premises.

 They have been breeding Maltese for the last 8 years and have developed an outstanding reputation, in their community, for providing healthy happy puppies. Now with fulfilling their dream of opening their own shop, they are committed to providing all their customers with the same sincere, caring service they has come to be expected from them.  They are always on hand to help should you have a question or concern. They are willing to give you the time you deserve.

 Our groomer, Barbara,is certified by Conneticut School of Grooming and has over 9 years of grooming experience. Animal have always bin a part of her life. No matter what’s yours pets individual needs are, they will get the one on one personal attention and will be treated like the beloved family member they are. Barbara is really pleased to be part of the Precious Pupz staff. 

 Our Veterinarian, Dr. Bandaru Reddy DVM, graduated in 1974 from Andhra Pradh Agriculture University in India. From 1974 – 1976 he attended Tuskegee University in Alabama USA and 1976 to 1985 he work at Animal America Health Foundation in New York.

 In 1985, he founded the Bridgeport Animal Hospital in Bridgeport CT.  With over 28 years of experience working on all type of animals, Dr. Reddy has established himself as a well respected pillar of his community.

 He has also worked for the Bridgeport Animal Shelter for over 10 years, and has displayed years of excellent service working on all healing all types of animals.

 Dr Reddy has won a number of awards from the state of CT, for being an outstanding veterinarian, and has displayed an unselfish dedication to the service of our pets, his community and the wellbeing of animal from all over the world.
